4.2.3.2. Add Participants – Profile Grantor
To add a new participant, the user with the profile Grantor may include a Intervenor where the Participant Type it is:
- Legal Entity: you must select CNPJ or Generic Registration;
- Body: you must enter the code of the Body already registered in the system. This kind of Intervenor is included exclusively by the Body Grantor;
To include, the user Grantor You must click on the “Participants”.
The system provides the buttons:
- Detail: view the data of the Proponent;
- Change: to change the Responsible Proponent;
- Change: to change the Responsible Grantor;
- Include Intervenor: for inclusion(s) of Intervenor(s).
To include a Intervenor, the user Convenient you must click on the “Include Intervenor”, as shown in Figure 21.
Important: O Intervenor which will be included, must be registered on the Agreement Portal – SICONV – P+B, be it Legal person or Organ.
The system will display a screen to fill in the following fields:
- Participant Type: you must select one of the options:
- Legal Entity: you must select CNPJ or Generic Registration; If the selected Participant Type is Legal Entity, the system will display the new fields:
- Type of Identification: you must inform whether the Intervenor have CNPJ or Generic Registration;
- Identification: you must inform the CNPJ or Generic Registration, as selected in the Identification Type field.
- Body: you must inform the Body already registered in the SICONV - P+B system.
- If the selected Participant Type is Body, the system will display the new fields:
- Organ Health insurance: you must inform the Body code with 5 (five) characters.
- Justification: you must inform the reason/justification for including the Intervenor.
As shown in Figure 22:
Important: The Body informed as Intervenor no could be the Organ itself Grantor.
In this example, the Organ as type of Intervenor. After filling in the fields according to the Participant Type, the user Grantor You must type the characters in the figure and click on the “Include”, as shown in Figure 23.
The system will display Message: “Intervenor successfully added to proposal”.
Please note that the Organ Intervenor is already registered on the Agreement Portal – SICONV – P+B and, therefore, the system searches for all data.
A Proposal may have more than one Intervenor included and they are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
For each Intervenor included, the system provides the button “Delete”, which allows its deletion and the button “Change Responsible” if it is necessary to change the person responsible for Intervenor, as shown in Figure 24.
Important: If the user Grantor no is managing to register the Organization as Intervenor and, the SICONV – P+B System presents the following Message: “The informed Body does not have a responsible person. You need to register to continue.”, the user must Grantor with profile General Registrar register it by following the following steps:
- Access the Execution menu, submenu Consult Body/Subordinate Body;
- Consult the desired Body;
- Click on the “Edit” button;
- Enter the data (CPF, Position and Profile of the Person Responsible) relating to the desired Agency and click the “Save” button.
4.2.4. Include Physical Schedule
To include the Physical Schedule, the user must click on the “Physical Chrono”. In the example, 01 (one) goal will be included, with 02 (two) steps. The user must click on the “Include Goal”, as shown in Figure 25.
After the user clicks on the “Include Goal”, the system will display the fields to be filled in as follows:
- Program: The name Program is displayed on the screen. If the proposal is sent to more than one Program, the user must select the Program for which you are including the Physical Schedule goal;
- Specification: a description/specification for the goal must be provided;
- Supply Unit: the target supply unit must be informed in the standard established by the system. If necessary, the user can click on the magnifying glass and search for the desired supply unit, as shown in Figure 26:
- Total Value R$: the total value of the goal must be informed, in the format of two decimal places;
- Quantity: the quantity of the target supply unit must be informed, in the format of two decimal places;
- Unit Value R$: will be automatically calculated by the system in relation to the total value and the quantity informed;
- Start Date: the start date for implementing the goal must be informed;
- End Date: the end date for achieving the goal must be informed;
- State: the federation unit of the location address may be informed;
- Municipality: the municipality code of the location address may be provided;
- Address: the address of the location where the goal will be executed can be provided;
- CEP: you can enter the CEP where the goal will be executed.
After filling in the fields, the user must click on “Include”, as shown in Figure 27.
The system will display the Message “Goal was added successfully” and when the total value of the goals is equal to the global value of the Health insurance, the Message: “Total goal value reached the target value Health insurance”, as shown in Figure 28.
The system will include the goal data included in the List of Registered Goals.
Important: for each goal, it will be necessary to include at least one step. To do this, the user must click on the “Add Step“, as shown in Figure 29.
The system will display the screen listing the goal included and the fields for filling in the “Step Data”, according to the guidelines below:
- Specification: the identification and description of the step must be informed;
- Supply Unit: the stage’s supply unit must be informed;
- Total Value R$: the total value of the stage must be informed, in the format of two decimal places;
- Quantity: the quantity of the stage's supply unit must be informed, in the format of two decimal places;
- Unit Value R$: will be automatically calculated by the system in relation to the total value and the quantity informed;
- Start Date: the start date of the stage execution must be informed;
- End Date: the end date of the stage execution must be informed;
- State: the federation unit of the location address may be informed;
- Municipality: the municipality code of the location address may be provided;
- Address: the address of the location where the step will be carried out may be provided;
- ZIP code: the ZIP code of the location where the step will be carried out can be entered.
