After completing all the Goal steps, the system will display the messages:
“Step added successfully” and when the sum of the value of the steps reaches the value of the goal in question. the system will also display the Message: “Step value reached the value of goal”, as shown in Figure 32.
The steps included for the Goal are contained in the List of Registered Stages.
To view the step(s) included, the user must click on the “To go back”, as shown in Figure 33.
The system provides, for each step included, the buttons “Delete”, “Detail Step" It is "To alter”, which allow the deletion, detailing and alteration of each step, if necessary, as shown in Figure 34.
AND important remember that:
- The sum of the steps must total the value of the respective goal; It is
- The sum of the goals must be equal to the overall value of the Health insurance (transfer value + value of Counterpart).
To include the Disbursement Schedule, the user must click on the “Disbursement Schedule”. In the example, 02 (two) installments will be included. The user must click on the “Include Portion of Disbursement Schedule”, as shown in Figure 35.
After the user clicks on the “Include Portion of Disbursement Schedule”, the system will display the fields to be filled in as follows:
- Responsible: the person responsible for releasing the installment must be selected, being the Grantor and/or Convenient, according to the schedule of the Proponent;
- Month: the month in which the installment will be released must be selected;
- Year: the year in which the installment was released must be selected;
- Installment Value (R$): the value of the installment to be released must be informed.
After filling in the fields, the user must click on the “Include Installment”. as shown in Figure 36.
The system will display Message “Parcel inserted successfully. Associate the goals that will be covered by this installment”.
To associate the installment with the goal, the user must fill in the fields, according to the instructions below:
- Goal: select the goal that will be covered by the installment;
- Goal Value (R$): the value of the portion that will be associated with the goal must be informed.
After filling in the fields, the user must click on the “Associate Goal”, as shown in Figure 37.
The system will display the Message “Goal associated with success” and the plot data in the List of Goals.
After associating the installment with the goal, the user must also associate the installment with the stage.
To do this, the user must click on the button “Associate Step”, as shown in Figure 38.
Important: a parcel can be associated with more than one goal. Associated goals are displayed at the bottom of the screen. For each associated goal, the system provides the buttons “Associate Step" It is "Delete”, which allows its deletion, if necessary. It is also possible to include a new goal association in the corresponding portion using the “Associate Goal”.
The system will display the screen with the selected goal data, step specifications and available value(s) to link to the step(s). The user must click on the “Associate Value”, as shown in Figure 39.
After the user clicks on the “Associate Value”, the system will display a screen with the stage and goal data and the field “Value to Bind” to be completed.
After filling in the value, the user must click on the “To save", according to Figure 40.
