The Final Report of the Mixed Budget Committee of the National Congress was approved on 07/14/2021 through PL No. 3/2021-CN, which provides for the Budget Guidelines Law for 2022, the possibility of indicating resources for Works and Construction for the Third Sector.
The project deals with several instruments signed with the public administration, in which the characteristics of the agreement are present: an agreement between people to achieve a common interest, through mutual collaboration. The rules apply to agreements signed between the public administration and private non-profit entities, cooperative societies and religious organizations.
