However, this list does not fail to present its value, as it provides a view, even if not completely reliable, of which Organizations have the greatest capacity for Raising Funds from the OGU.

From the list of 10 Organizações do Terceiro Setor que mais receberam pagamentos diretos, em seus CNPJs, excluir as Instituições Sem Fins Lucrativos ligadas diretamente ou indiretamente aos programas do Governo Federal, tais como: Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica – CCEE, Fundação Banco do Brasil, Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais, Associação Brasileira de Pesquisa Inovação Industrial – EMPRAPAPII, Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa – RNP, Associação Instituto Nacional de Matemática Pura e Aplicada, Fundação de Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa, Organização Brasileira para o Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico do Controle do Espaço Aéreo, Centro de Gestão de Estudos Estratégicos, dentre outros grandes player do Terceiro Setor, que é claro, ficam com o maior montante de transferência dos Recursos do Orçamento Geral da União.

It is also important to highlight that these payments that occurred in 2020 may be from agreements from previous years.
