O Programa de Equipagem e de Modernização da Infraestrutura dos Órgãos, das Entidades e das Instâncias Colegiadas de Promoção e de Defesa dos Direitos Humanos (Pró-DH) é um programa que visa a doação de equipamentos essenciais ao funcionamento dos Conselhos Tutelares (CT) dos municípios. .

As provided in the Decree No. 10,509, of October 6, 2020, to participate in Pró-DH, bodies, entities and collegiate bodies must prove:

  • that develop actions aimed at promoting and defending human rights;
  • that have a safe, accessible and adequate space for receiving and installing equipment; It is
  • who have the capacity to cover the expenses associated with the use and maintenance of assets with their own resources or those of the federative entity to which they are linked.

Após o cadastro no Sistema Informatizado de Gestão do Pró-DH, é possível aderir ao Programa e participar da etapa de habilitação, a partir da publicação de Edital de Chamamento Público pelo Ministério da Mulher, da Família e dos Direitos Humanos.

    1. Preencha o CPF da autoridade ou dirigente máxima(o) ou do seu representante e clique em “Continuar”;
    2. Preencha todo o módulo, com os dados do Ente Público, autoridade ou dirigente máxima(o) e do seu representante; e
    3. Click “Send Request”.

    • CPF da autoridade ou dirigente máxima(o) e do seu representante

    • Diploma Eleitoral (no caso de cargo eletivo) ou ato de nomeação ou designação para o cargo ou função pública de direção da autoridade ou dirigente máxima(o)

    • Act of appointment or designation to the public position or function held or declaration from the body's human resources unit indicating the representative's occupation

    • Instrument of Representation (model available at Integrated Management System) delegando poderes ao representante, assinado pela autoridade ou dirigente máxima(o) e pelo próprio representante

  2. Aderir a Chamamento Público do Programa Pró-DH

    Após a publicação de Edital pelo Ministério da Mulher, da Família e dos Direitos Humanos, o gestor pode solicitar a adesão ao Programa e a habilitação para participar do Chamamento Público.

    3. complete the “Adherence and Eligibility for the Call” module;
    4. Insert the requested documents into the System; It is

    DOCUMENTATION
    Common documentation for all cases
    • Legal Act of Constitution or Operation that proves the development of activities by the Public Entity in serving the target audience of the call

    • Photographic records of the space that will receive the donated goods and in which they will be installed, maintained and used (according to the guidance guide available on Integrated Management System)

    • Proof of contracting broadband internet service to use the equipment

    • Proof of electrical energy voltage at the location where the equipment is used
