Three years of existence

A institution you have to prove it, CNPJ that exists more than 3 years ago. That is, for the 2023 Budget, it is necessary that the date of creation of the institution be at most Feb/2020.

UPTIME

The institution must prove that it is ACTIVEat least a year ago. At the CNPJ of the Institution, the date of the last update must be, at least, Feb/2022.

TIME EXPERIENCE

A instituição tem que comprovar que possui experiência na área de captação, no mínimo, há um ano. É necessário que a instituição prove experiência na execução do objeto de captação, no mínimo, no exercício de 2022 whole.

Para iniciar a consulta digite o CNPJ ou Nome da OSC e depois clique em “Consultar”.
To start the consultation, enter the CNPJ or OSC name and then click on “Consult”.
Após consultar, se a OSC já estiver cadastrada, ela aparecerá no “Resultado da Consulta” e para verificar as suas informações basta clicar sobre o nome da OSC.

Você poderá consultar informações sobre os “Dados Básicos”, “Estatuto” da OSC, “Diretoria” e “Membros”(usuários cadastrados na OSC). Para verificar as informações de qualquer um desses menus, basta selecionar clicando sobreo nome.

Para iniciar o cadastro, os primeiros dados a serem informado são o CNPJ da OSC que se pretende cadastrar e os dados de identificação da pessoa responsável por realizar o cadastramento, chamada aqui de Cadastrador. Informe seus dadosde identificação como responsável pelo cadastro.
To begin registration, the first data to be provided is the CNPJ of the OSC you intend to register and the identification data of the person responsible for carrying out the registration, called here the Registrar. Enter your data
identification as responsible for the registration.
Preenchidas e conferidas todas as informações, clique em “Confirmo os Dados Deste Formulário”.
Once all the information has been completed and checked, click on “I confirm the data on this form”.
Após salvar as informações da aba “Cadastrar”, você será direcionado para a aba “Verificar Conta”. Você receberá um e-mailde ativação com um código no email cadastrado anteriormente e deve inseri-lo e clicar em “Ativar”.

A próxima etapa é definir a senha. Caso tenha dúvidas em relação aos critérios pré estabelecidos de definição de senha, você pode clicar no ícone “?”, para receber ajuda da Plataforma. Definida a senha, clique em “Definir Senha”. Concluídas essas três etapas, a Plataforma irá te direcionar para a inclusão dos dados da Organização da Sociedade Civil – OSC.
A próxima etapa é definir a senha. Caso tenha dúvidas em relação aos critérios pré estabelecidos de definição de senha, você pode clicar no ícone “?”, para receber ajuda da Plataforma. Definida a senha, clique em “Definir Senha”. Concluídas essas três etapas, a Plataforma irá te direcionar para a inclusão dos dados da Organização da Sociedade Civil – OSC.
Aqui nesta tela a Plataforma traz uma Introdução com orientações sobre a realização do Cadastro de uma OSC, sinalizando o que deverá ser preenchido em cada uma das abas do processo de cadastro. Feita a leitura, clique em “Avançar para Etapa 1 – Dados Básicos”.

Na aba “Dados Básicos”, apareceram 3 itens. O primeiro é o “1.1 Identificação”, nele você deve conferir os dados extraídos daReceita Federal e caso os dados estejam desatualizados, você deverá se dirigir à Receita Federal para atualização. Conferidos os dados de identificação, clique em “Avançar”.
In the “Basic Data” tab, 3 items appeared. The first is “1.1 Identification”, in which you must check the data extracted from the
IRS and if the data is out of date, you must contact the IRS for updating. Once the identification data has been checked, click “Next”.
A próxima etapa é informar os dados de contato no item “1.2 Contato”. Preenchido o telefone e e-mail, clique em “Avançar”.

O próximo e último item de preenchimento na aba Dados Básicos é o “1.3 Áreas de Atuação”, aqui deverão ser selecionadas e marcadas as áreas de atuação da OSC, conforme demonstraremos na tela seguinte.

Você poderá filtrar a área de atuação ou realizar a ordenação das áreas. Para selecionar a área de atuação clique sobre a setinha azul a frente da área correspondente.

Para selecionar basta clicar na caixinha de seleção a frente do Clique nome. Note que conforme a seleção é realizada, asáreas de atuação são sinalizadas na lateral da tela.

Concluída a seleção das áreas de atuação da OSC, clique em “Avançar”.

Você será direcionado a segunda aba de preenchimento, que é o “2 Estatuto”. Nesta aba você primeiro deverá preencher o item “2.1 Objeto do Estatuto Social” da OSC e na sequência clicar em “Avançar”.

Para fazer upload do arquivo do estatuto para a Plataforma, clique em selecionar e localize o arquivodesejado em seu computador.

Localizado o arquivo, clique em “OK”.

Pronto! O arquivo já foi incluído. Observe que você ainda possui as ações de baixar o arquivo e excluir arquivo. Finalizada a inclusão do arquivo do estatuto, clique em “Avançar”.

Chegamos a terceira e última etapa do cadastro da OSC. Agora é necessário incluir os dados da “3 Diretoria”. Aqui o primeiro passo éinformar o “3.1 Mandato” incluindo a data de início e término do mandato da atual diretoria da OSC e na sequência descrever o nome do arquivo e incluir como anexo a ata de eleição.

Após a inclusão das informações solicitadas, você deverá clicar em “Avançar”.

Chegamos agora ao item “3.2 Dirigentes”, aqui você informará os dados do dirigente da OSC. ATENÇÃO! Caso você que esteja realizando o cadastramento seja o dirigente a ser informado, basta clicar na opção “Buscar meus dados” que Plataforma já preenche automaticamente seus dados básicos. Ainda é possível sinalizar se o dirigente que está sendo cadastrado é o “Responsável Legal” e oque está “Em Exercício”.
Chegamos agora ao item “3.2 Dirigentes”, aqui você informará os dados do dirigente da OSC. ATENÇÃO! Caso você que esteja realizando o cadastramento seja o dirigente a ser informado, basta clicar na opção “Buscar meus dados” que Plataforma já preenche automaticamente seus dados básicos. Ainda é possível sinalizar se o dirigente que está sendo cadastrado é o “Responsável Legal” e oque está “Em Exercício”.
Caso seja necessário incluir mais de um dirigente, basta clicar em “Incluir Novo Dirigente” e repetir o passo anterior. Incluído o(s) dirigente(s), basta clicar em “Enviar E-mail de Ativação e Finalizar Cadastro”.
