Therefore, I will be carrying out some analysis of the Data base from the Rouanet extracted from SALICNET, aiming to guide, clarify and show possible paths of rupture in its capture.
A very important question to ask, in which cultural areas that funders are putting in more resources?
As you can see, we have two areas with the highest volume of Project with funding, Music, 4,172 projects captured and Performing Arts with 3,455 projects captured.
Thus, within the Cultural Area Music, we have 5 Cultural Segments, with the following distribution:
1. Personnel training and training actions, 1,189 projects captured;
2. Canto Coral 180 projects captured;
3. Classical Music 1,623 projects captured;
4. Instrumental Music 1,132 projects captured;
5. Popular Sung Music 48 projects captured;
Basically within the Performing Arts Segment, we have 3 areas that prevail with the greatest number of Projects Captured:
- Theater, 1,615 Projects Captured;
- Personnel training and training actions, with 818 Projects Captured;
- and, Dance with 543 Captured Projects.
Well then, let's go. If we perform an analogical analysis, we can infer the following premises:
I have two Cultural Areas with predominance in the eyes of Funders and within these two areas we have the following preponderant segments, Classical Music and Theater. In other words, Rouanet's Funders have more empathy and adherence to projects that are in the area of Classical Music and Theater.
So, if your Project Apart from these two areas, your chance of being successful in raising funds grows exponentially.

Likewise, analyzing the list of Funders of these two Cultural Areas, we can also infer which Funders have the most adherence to these areas. Here, however, we have to take some care. Since, for example, only Vale in a single Project, contributed more than 25 million reais, in which case, Vale would have to be considered in a separate analysis.
