As an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Association of Monthly Contributors of Ingesto, this document, called the Privacy Policy of the Association of Monthly Contributors – ACM, aims to establish the rules on the obtaining, use and storage of data and information collected from visitors , in addition to recording your activities.

1.3 Information that will be known to Employees

1.3.1 In addition to all the public information on the website, Collaborators can request the CPF or CNPJ of the Creator of Campaigns | Projects | Proposals for income tax declaration purposes, when applicable.

1.3.2 Collaborators recognize that their nickname and photo (if sent) will be published in the “Subscribers” tab of the campaign page to which you contributed.

1.4 Information that will be known to Campaign Creators

1.4.1 In addition to all the public information on the website, the Campaign Creator will also be informed every month about the names and emails of all Contributors to your campaign.

1.4.2 Campaign Creators recognize that any visitor to the ACM will be aware of the content of your campaign and will be able to comment, like or report it. O Ingesto will not carry out prior controls on user expressions on the website. If any Creator feels uncomfortable with any statement from Users in the Comments area of their Project, you may request its deletion.

1.5 Information that will be known to Users (registered or not) It will be known to anyone who accesses the ACM public information available on the website, available on the campaigns page (such as presentation material, goals and rewards, number of supporters, amount raised in real time, name and photo of supporters, news, financial statements and published comments) and on the profile page of registered users (such as name, nickname, photo, profile text, published campaigns, collaborations for other campaigns).

1.6 Information that will be known to Ingesto Partners

1.6.1 Ingesto Partners may know, in addition to the information that any visitor to the website will have access to, only the numbers relating to the website's operations (number of accesses, number of participants, etc.). We will not share any website user's personal data with any partner under any circumstances.

1.7 Scope of Privacy rules

1.7.1 These privacy rules apply only to the website of ACM. They do not apply to sites indicated through links. You must find out about each of their policies before providing any type of information.
