EMPLOYEE COMMITMENTS
The Ingesto Non-Profit Association, with headquarters at SEPS Qd 710/910, Cj. D. Lj 28, Brasília/DF, CEP.: 70.390-108, registered with the CNPJ under no. 18.171.211/0001-52, hereinafter referred to as Ingesto Platform, exposes to COLLABORATOR USERS, here considered the one duly authenticated on the website https://.ingesto.org.br, by this TERM OF COMMITMENT the conditions of collaboration of values to certain Campaign(s) | Projects | Proposals.
The website Ingesto Platform It is an environment based on trust, both by CREATOR USERS of Campaigns | Projects | Proposals regarding COLLABORATOR USERS. Por isso, se não estiver de acordo com essas disposições, não prossiga com sua doação.
1. This one TERM consolida a relação de doação mediante o COLLABORATOR USERS (Donor) and the Ingesto Platform, in addition to the Website Terms of Use Ingesto Platform, whose knowledge and agreement by the COLLABORATOR USERS are mandatory, with the following conditions:
2. Ingesto Platform commits to:
2.1. Keep the amounts to be donated and, depending on the outcome of the campaign, pass the amounts on to the user who created it or return the amount to the COLLABORATOR USERS participants, according to the characteristics of the campaign;
2.2. Make your efforts to allow only suitable and lawful campaigns in your environment. However, there may be campaigns with purposes contrary to the website or that contradict the Terms of use, and platform users must always be aware, as it is impossible to guarantee this premise absolutely;
2.3. Notify your users if there is any eventuality in the processing or sending of your collaboration;
2.4. Provide registration data of CREATOR USERS to the COLLABORATOR USERS in case of non-compliance with the promise of reward or harmful event that gives rise to the appropriate legal measures.
3. The COLLABORATOR USERS commit to:
3.1. Efetuar a doação à campanha que deseja contribuir e ficar atento à sua conclusão com sucesso após o período de duração, para ter conhecimento da obrigação da entrega de recompensa pelo CREATOR USER, if applicable;
3.2. Após confirmada a doação o COLLABORATOR USERS considerará o ato como irretratável, irrevogável, imodificável, autêntico e legítimo, devendo responder pelas perdas e danos causados por atos que provocar, a exemplo, mas não se restringindo, ao não reconhecimento da operação junto à instituição financeira que controla seu cartão de crédito ou sua doação;
3.2.1. 4. Ingesto Platform is not responsible:
4.1. For non-compliance with the rewards offered by CREATOR USERS, tal qual o eventual insucesso do projeto descrito na campanha;

4.3. For the frustrations that COLLABORATOR USERS eventualmente sofrer em decorrência do desfecho da campanha que participar com a doação de valores. O Ingesto does not have the legitimacy to interfere or control what CREATOR USERS will execute.
4.4. Pelos atos praticados pelo instituidor de pagamento escolhido, tal qual o valor das tarifas e descontos aplicados em virtude da custódia, armazenamento, retirada, conversão do montante ou ato diverso que implique em pagamento pelo serviço contratado, nas formas da lei e dos Termos de Serviço do instituidor correspondente.
5. The gift TERM OF COMMITMENT is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil and by the International Treaties and Conventions to which Brazil is a signatory, and must be interpreted in the Portuguese language, with the Court of the District of the Capital of the State of the Federal District being elected, with express waiver of any other, no matter how privileged it is or will be, to resolve any doubts, pending issues or disputes arising from this contract.
