The Ingesto Non-Profit Association, with headquarters at SEPS Qd 710/910, Cj. D. Lj 28, Brasília/DF, CEP.: 70.390-108, registered with the CNPJ under no. 18.171.211/0001-52, hereinafter referred to as Ingesto Platform, exposes to COLLABORATOR USERS, here considered the one duly authenticated on the website https://.ingesto.org.br, by this TERM OF COMMITMENT the conditions of collaboration of values to certain Campaign(s) | Projects | Proposals.

The website Ingesto Platform It is an environment based on trust, both by CREATOR USERS of Campaigns | Projects | Proposals regarding COLLABORATOR USERS. Therefore, if you do not agree with these provisions, do not proceed with your Donation.

1. This one TERM consolidates the relationship of Donation through the COLLABORATOR USERS (Donor) and the Ingesto Platform, in addition to the Website Terms of Use Ingesto Platform, whose knowledge and agreement by the COLLABORATOR USERS are mandatory, with the following conditions:

2. Ingesto Platform commits to:

2.1. Keep the amounts to be donated and, depending on the outcome of the campaign, pass the amounts on to the user who created it or return the amount to the COLLABORATOR USERS participants, according to the characteristics of the campaign;

2.2. Make your efforts to allow only suitable and lawful campaigns in your environment. However, there may be campaigns with purposes contrary to the website or that contradict the Terms of use, and platform users must always be aware, as it is impossible to guarantee this premise absolutely;

2.3. Notify your users if there is any eventuality in the processing or sending of your collaboration;

2.4. Provide registration data of CREATOR USERS to the COLLABORATOR USERS in case of non-compliance with the promise of reward or harmful event that gives rise to the appropriate legal measures.

3. The COLLABORATOR USERS commit to:

3.1. Carry out the Donation to the campaign you wish to contribute and pay attention to its successful completion after the duration period, to be aware of the obligation to deliver a reward for the CREATOR USER, if applicable;

3.2. After confirming the Donation O COLLABORATOR USERS will consider the act as irreversible, irrevocable, immodifiable, authentic and legitimate, and will be responsible for the losses and damages caused by acts that it causes, for example, but not limited to, the failure to recognize the transaction with the financial institution that controls your credit card or your Donation;

3.2.1. As an exception, you may claim the COLLABORATOR USERS of yours Donation and demand cancellation if a new fact is discovered in relation to the act of collaboration that makes trust in the CREATOR USER or the reasons for the campaign, justifying its intentions directly to the Ingesto Platform and bearing any fees and expenses owed to the chosen payment institution, with the refund being carried out in the same way as that applied in cases of failure to reach the target of the “0% or 100%” modality, or any other.

3.3. In cases of non-compliance with obligations by the CREATOR USER, O COLLABORATOR USER must proceed with its forced execution and, under no circumstances, revoke the Donation confirmed here.

4. Ingesto Platform is not responsible:

4.1. For non-compliance with the rewards offered by CREATOR USERS, just like the possible failure of the Project described in the campaign;

4.2. Due to the veracity of the information conveyed by the CREATOR USER. Therefore, always use additional search and research sources to be sure of their suitability;

4.3. For the frustrations that COLLABORATOR USERS possibly suffer as a result of the outcome of the campaign that participates with the Donation of values. O Ingesto does not have the legitimacy to interfere or control what CREATOR USERS will execute.

4.4. For the acts carried out by the founder of Payment chosen, such as the value of the fees and discounts applied due to custody, storage, withdrawal, conversion of the amount or other act that implies Payment for the service Hired, in accordance with the law and the Terms of Service of the corresponding settlor.

5. The gift TERM OF COMMITMENT is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil and by the International Treaties and Conventions to which Brazil is a signatory, and must be interpreted in the Portuguese language, with the Court of the District of the Capital of the State of the Federal District being elected, with express waiver of any other, no matter how privileged it is or will be, to resolve any doubts, pending issues or disputes arising from this contract.
