On March 13, 2024, the Federal Government sanctioned a New Decree that Regulates Law 13.019/14, which deals with the Regulatory Framework for Organizations of Civil society – MROSC.

If you don't know, the Government is one of the biggest supporters of Third sector. In one of its Platforms alone, the Government made available in 2023 alone, more than 40 Billion reais for Non-Profit Organizations. The tendency is for this value to increase exponentially in the coming years.
