GOAL

Prepare these Institutions to work, in conjunction with the Ministry of Health and with state, district and municipal managers of the SUS, to control the progress of the Covid-19 epidemic.

WHO HAS THE RIGHT

Only Santas Casas and Non-Profit Philanthropic Hospitals in municipalities that have a Prison. It is mandatory to widely disclose the amounts transferred to each entity.

WHEN

Resources must be transferred up to 15 days after the enactment of the Law. The legislation was enacted on 05/05/2020, in theory, the Ministry of Health has until 05/21/2020 to carry out the transfers.

WHAT CAN BE PURCHASED

Aquisição de medicamentos, de suprimentos, de insumos e de produtos hospitalares, na aquisição de equipamentos e na realização depequenas reformas e adaptações físicas para aumento da oferta de leitos de terapia intensiva, aumento de gastos que as entidades terão com a definição de protocolos assistenciais específicos para enfrentar a pandemia da Covid-19 e com a contratação e o pagamento dos profissionais de saúde necessários para atender à demanda adicional.
