This is the main instrument used by the Ministry of Finance/National treasure for recording, monitoring and Budget Execution Control, financial and patrimonial of the Federal Government. The transfer of resources to non-profit entities can occur directly or indirectly, through a state, municipal or district Public Administration body or entity, with the condition that the activities carried out are in accordance with the Program of government or imply the carrying out of Project, service or event of reciprocal interest.
