It is the computerized system of the Ministry of Culture through which cultural proposals are received, analyzed and also approved, executed, monitored and Accountability of cultural projects created by individuals and legal entities. It is regulated by MINC Ordinance No. 30/09 and coordinated by the Secretariat for Promotion and Incentive to Culture (SEFIC) of the Ministry of Culture (MinC).
