Project of law of Initiative of the President of the Republic to reinforce Budget Allocation (supplementary), intended for expenses for which there is no Budget Allocation specific (special), or intended for unpredictable and urgent expenses, such as those arising from war, internal commotion or public calamity (extraordinary).
