Normative kind of Initiative exclusive to the President of the Republic, with the force of law, adopted in case of urgency and relevance, with effect from its issuance. Conversion into law depends on the Appreciation by the National Congress. If not assessed by the National Congress within the specified period, the provisional measure loses its effects, and the legal relationships established during its validity will be regulated by Legislative Decree or, in the absence of this, will continue to be governed by the provisional measure.
