From the edition of Resolution Normative RN No. 443, January 19, 2019 and RN No. 451, on March 6, 2020, the National Supplementary Health Agency ANS, inaugurated a new stage in the regulation of health plans. With the deadline to be implemented by the end of 2022, this change will require qualified personnel.
