Therefore, I understand that the Executive Branch needs to urgently provide massive qualifications from non-profit institutions to guide, educate, teach, improve and knowledge in the preparation of projects, execution and Accountability of federal public resources.

If not, in 2 to 4 years you will see hundreds and hundreds of institutions and their directors with a dirty name, difficulties in reporting, with their name on CADIN, etc.
