Registration for projects financed by the Elderly Fund at GDF


From this day (14/07), the organizations of Civil society (OSCs) can present projects to be financed with resources from the Bottom of the Rights of the Elderly between 2021 and 2023. Registration continues until August 13th, by email or by post. The public call was opened by the Elderly Rights Council of the Federal District (CDI-DF), linked to the Secretariat of Justice and Citizenship (Sejus) and responsible for managing the Bottom.

“We are looking for partner institutions that wish to join forces with the Government of the Federal District”, explains the Secretary of Justice and Citizenship, Marcela Passamani. “We will invest and work together in developing actions to serve the elderly population of the DF.”

Institutions must send proposals by email cdi@sejus.df.gov.br or by mail (registered letter) to the Sejus address: SAAN – Bus Station – Ala Central, ground floor – Brasília, DF, CEP 70.631-900 A/C: Council for the Rights of the Elderly of the Federal District, REF: Notice 01/2021. OVER THE Bottom DISTRICT OF ELDERLY RIGHTS (FDI/DF)


O Bottom of the Rights of the Elderly of the Federal District (FDI/DF), was regulated through Decree nº 38,958, of March 29, 2018, published in DODF nº 62, of 04/02/2018.
This one Bottom is formed by a Board of Directors, made up of members of the Commission Permanent of Budget, Finance and Management Bottom Elderly District.

The Council for the Rights of the Elderly of the Federal District (CDI/DF), linked to the State Secretariat of Justice and Citizenship (SEJUS), is publishing the Notice PUBLIC CALL Nº 01/2021, published in DODF nº125 of 07/06/2021, pages 36 to 46, for selection of projects to be financed by the Bottom of the Rights of the Elderly of the Federal District (FDI/DF) in the 2021/2023 biennium, upon authorization for fundraising by organizations in the Federal District. Civil society, aiming to celebrate Development Term, with SEJUS/DF, to execute projects that promote or contribute to Guarantee of the rights provided for in the Statute of the Elderly (Federal Law nº 10,741/2003) and District Law nº 3,822/2016, which provides for the District Policy for the Elderly, amended by District Law nº 4,602/2011.

The organizations of Civil society (OSCs) candidates for authorization to raise funds to be financed in the manner identified with FDI/DF resources, must file the documents provided for in item 3.2 of this Notice, by electronic means, to E-mail: cdi@sejus.df.gov.br or be sent by registered mail, to the address: SAAN – Estação Rodoferroviária – Ala Central – Térreo – Brasília-DF, CEP: 70.631-900 A/C: Council for the Rights of the Elderly of the Federal District (CDI/DF), REF: Notice 01/2021, initialed and signed, from 07/14/2021 to 08/13/2021.

Notice

PROJECTS MUST BE PRESENTED CONTAINING the documents listed below, according to item 3.2, of the Notice Public Call No. 01/2021:
The) Work plan, according to Annex VII of this Notice;
B) Project descriptive in the formatting of the “Project Presentation Roadmap”, as per Annex VI of this Notice;
c) Detailed budget spreadsheet in a unitary and global manner, as per Annex VI of this Notice;
d) Copy of proof of non-registration as a defaulter in the Integrated Government Management System or in a specific registration that may be established within the scope of the Executive Branch, for this purpose, to be issued by the managing body of said System.
e) Copy of the Bylaws or Social Contract and, if there are changes, to prove the relevance between the Project presented and the purposes of the entity, updated in accordance with the provisions of the current Civil Code, duly registered with the competent registry office, containing mandatory clauses that expressly provide:
The. Objectives aimed at promoting activities and purposes of public and social relevance;
B. That in case of dissolution of the entity, the transfer of the respective net assets will be made to another legal entity of the same nature that meets the requirements of Federal Law No. 13,019/2014 and whose Object is, preferably, the same as that of the extinct entity;
w. Bookkeeping in accordance with fundamental accounting principles and Brazilian Accounting Standards.
f) Updated Registration Certificate with the Elderly Rights Council of the Federal District;
g) Documentation issued by the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil, based on the National Register of Legal Entities – CNPJ, for the purpose of proving at least two years of existence.
