Law No. 11,438/06 regulates tax incentives for individuals and legal entities that make donations or sponsor sports and parasports projects presented by public bodies and private non-profit entities. The System has an electronic platform for registering proposals related to the law and is managed by Commission Technician of the Sports Incentive Law, within the Sports Incentive and Promotion Department of the Ministry of Sports.
