Minimum number of parliamentarians required to start a meeting. In the Chamber of Deputies, it is made up of half the members when there is a matter to be deliberated. In the Federal Senate, it is one-fifth of the members. In the National Congress, it is one third of the members (general rule) or one third of the members of each House, in the case of provisional measures committees.
