Revenues that do not change the Public Sector's Net Debt, since, when realized, they generate an obligation or extinguish a right. Examples are: issuing bonds, contracting credit operations and appropriating active interest on DLSP stocks. General Concept: Budget Revenue .

Revenues that reduce the Public Sector's Net Debt and that are not related to the appropriation of interest on the stocks of this same debt. Examples are: tax revenue, social contributions and concessions and dividends received by the Union. General Concept: Budget Revenue . Synonym: Non-Financial Income.
