Registration for volunteer social educators in DF is now open

A Department of Education (SEE) Registration for the Program Voluntary Social Educator (ESV), which will provide 4,482 immediate vacancies and a further 314 reserve registrations for volunteer educators in the 14 education regions of the Federal District. Registration is exclusively done on the website: www.educadorsocial.se.df.gov.br and must be done by next Monday (19). Volunteering

According to Department of Education, Those over the age of 18 can participate in registrations, with interested parties of different levels of education and/or experience being permitted. The selection will be through curricular analyses, carried out by evaluation committees, formed in the school units that will receive the new volunteer social educators.

When registering, the candidate must choose a teaching region for their work and indicate four school units belonging to the selected region. The documents required for registration are: official identification with photo (ID, driver's license or passport), criminal clearance certificates from the Federal Court and the DF Court, clearance certificate from the Electoral Court and proof of residence, education and experience.

Volunteer activities:

The new volunteer social educators will work in person, on school days and on days relocated to make up classes. They will receive R$ 30 per day of in-person work, which will be made available to cover food and transportation expenses. O Payment will be done by the teaching region, with resources from the Program of Administrative and Financial Decentralization (PDAF). The time diary of Volunteering it will be four hours, but, according to Department of Education, those selected will be able to work in two shifts or in two schools, thus receiving double compensation, in the amount of R$ 60 daily.

They will provide support to comprehensive education, early childhood education, special education, the Escola Meninos e Meninas do Parque, the Escola do Parque da Cidade and indigenous students enrolled in public schools. The work will be supervised by teachers and/or management teams. The tasks to be performed will be those related to the daily life of the school, such as assisting in pedagogical, sporting and cultural activities. In special education, educators will also support students during recreation and meal times, among other duties.

Ceilândia — 808 immediate vacancies and 57 reserve registration vacancies;

Range — 289 immediate vacancies and 27 reserve registration vacancies;

Guará — 155 immediate vacancies and 11 reserve registration vacancies;

Núcleo Bandeirante — 242 immediate vacancies and 17 reserve registration vacancies;

Paranoá — 214 immediate vacancies and 15 reserve registration vacancies;

Planaltina — 342 immediate vacancies and 24 reserve registration vacancies;

Pilot Plan — 692 immediate vacancies and 48 reserve registration vacancies;

Recanto das Emas — 173 immediate vacancies and 12 reserve registration vacancies;

Samambaia — 273 immediate vacancies and 19 reserve registration vacancies;

Selection Criteria


Art. 19. Program Volunteer Social Educator selects candidates at least eighteen years of age who meet one of the following requirements:

I – graduates with a degree or bachelor’s degree, specific training, in the areas of activity development;

II – university students pursuing a degree or bachelor’s degree, with specific training, in the areas of activity development;

III – Youth and Adult Education (EJA) students;

IV – high school students (EM);

V – person with a secondary education degree, with proof of completion;

VI – people with skills proven by certificates and/or declaration , (this item in the Notice opens the door to anyone who declares themselves. This is important as it democratizes vacancies better. Our emphasis) operating in the following areas: cultural, artistic, sporting, environmental, culinary, technological, scientific, nutrition, general services and those focused on the practice of working in Physics, Chemistry and Biology laboratories, Physical Education, IT, audiovisual, radio, film clubs, Entrepreneurship, sustainable, among others, being able to perform the function according to their skills, knowledge and abilities;

VII – proven experience in the area of special education and/or health;

VIII – proven experience in carrying out recreational-recreational workshops, laboratories, Sustainability, environmental and technological.

§ 1 The proof that items I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII deal with will be in accordance with the criteria established in the Curricular Analysis of Selection and Classification Criteria form.

§ 2º For the hypotheses of item VI of article 20, with regard to craft, cultural, artistic and culinary activities or recreational, laboratory, Sustainability, environmental and technological, written self-declarations, duly signed by the candidate, will be accepted.

§ 3 To prove items 10 and 11 of the Curricular Analysis of Selection and Classification Criteria form, proof of enrollment in the aforementioned programs and/or projects and proof of student enrollment in SEEDF or an affiliate must be attached.

Chapter V
Selection Process

Art. 20. Each EU must form a Commission evaluator, responsible for the entire curriculum analysis and selection process:

I – a Commission The evaluator must be composed of three members appointed by the School Unit Management Team, with the presence of a member of the School Council being mandatory;

II – the list with the names of the members of the Commission evaluation must be recorded in minutes and published on the UE wall in a visible location and in the online media used by the UE, for the community to know.

Single paragraph. The precepts of this ordinance apply to Public Administration criteria governed by the principles of legality, impersonality, morality, publicity and efficiency.

Art. 21. The selection process consists of the following steps:

I – registration: must be carried out exclusively on the website www.educadorsocial.se.df.gov.br;
II – sending the documentation: in PDF format and must be sent via email to the selected EU;

III – curricular analysis: will be carried out in the UEs, online, by Commission evaluator;

IV – publication of the partial result of the selection process, on the UE wall and on the online communication channels used by the school community;

V – receipt of appeals via EU institutional email;

VI – analysis of resources by the EUs;

VII – after analyzing the resources, the UEs must attach the final list and publish it on the school community's online communication channels and record the new score of the candidates who are entitled to the change;
VIII – dissemination of the final result of the selection process in the EUs, with the classification list of candidates, including those who make up the reserve register, and on online communication channels;

IX – signing of the Term of Adhesion at CRE, will be carried out parallel to the return of face-to-face classes, 3 (three) working days before the start of activities, according to the official calendar published in the media.

Art. 22. Anyone interested in participating in the Program ESV must:

I – register exclusively on the website www.educadorsocial.se.df.gov.br;

II – opt for 1 (one) CRE and up to 4 (four) UEs;

III – the reserve bank candidate is part of the CRE chosen at the time of registration and is forwarded according to the needs of each UE, respecting the CRE modulation;

IV – the following documents must be sent to the EU institutional email, in PDF format:

1. official identification with photo;
2. criminal clearance certificates from the Federal Court and District Court;
3. negative certificate from the Electoral Court;
4. proof of residence;
5. proof of education;
6. proof of experience.

V – the documents provided for in Art. 22, IV will be attached to the UE email at the time of registration, as instructed on the website.

§ 1 The registration of a candidate who does not present any of the documents described in item IV of this article will not be approved.
§ 2 The partial result of the selection process, with scores and classification, must be published on the UE wall and on its online channels.

§ 3 The final result of the selection process, with the ranking list of candidates, including those who make up the reserve list, will be published by the EU and on the school community's online communication channels.

Art. 23. The schedule of actions provided for in this Ordinance will be made available on the SEEDF website – http://www.se.df.gov.br/

Chapter VI
From the Classification

Art. 24. Candidates classified and selected, depending on the publication of the final result, must wait for the Signature of the Term of Adhesion and Commitment to open a savings account at any branch of Banco de Brasília (BRB).
Single paragraph. The date on which the ESV begins activities in the EU will be counted for reimbursement purposes.


Chapter VII
General Provisions

Art. 25. The Management Team and/or local Pedagogical Team must carry out ESV training/training through a circular with guidance from SUBEB and SUBIN, in accordance with the duties established in this Ordinance, with the monitoring and support of UNIEB.
Art. 26. The time of Volunteering per ESV shift in each UE will last four uninterrupted hours:
§ 1 The four hours of Volunteering will be distributed in common agreement with the Management Team, in the EU service shifts.
§ 2 The ESV can work in more than one EU or in two shifts therein, as long as a specific Term of Adhesion and Commitment is signed for each shift of activity. PAGE 5 Official Gazette of the Federal District No. 129, MONDAY, JULY 12, 2021.
