To mark June 12th, National and International Day to Combat Child Labor, the Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights (MMFDH), through the National Secretariat for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (SNDCA), launches a booklet containing clarifications and information on the eradication of child labor and the valorization of apprentice work, which aims to guide readers, especially families, companies and young people aged 14 to 24.
Such Initiative discloses, in an objective and accessible way, the importance of the date in reference for the Guarantee of full protection for children and adolescents in the context of labor relations in the country, in dignified and healthy conditions for all, through a Practical Guide, with the aim of mobilizing and raising awareness in society about the importance of eradicating child labor, by time in which it draws attention to the appreciation of the apprentice's work.
In this sense, we count on your support in disseminating the attached publication, so that we can promote advances in public policy to eradicate child labor and value the work of young apprentices in Brazil.
In time, we inform you that the General Coordination for the Promotion of the Rights of Children and Adolescents is available to resolve any doubts via telephone (61) 2027-3848 or email cgpdca@mdh.gov.br.
