The main objective of the institution is to be a School of Music for the training of musicians and conductors, with its main mission being sociocultural rescue through the art of music. Including children, young people and adolescents in the transformative, democratic and participatory universe of their community.
O Project ADOPT A MUSIC STUDENT will have direct action with the benefiting public, which are children, teenagers, young people and people with disabilities aged between 8 and 25 years old with keyboard, guitar, wind and drums classes. Students will have theoretical and practical classes in the morning and afternoon shifts during the week. Theoretical classes will be divided into music theory, music history and sheet music reading.
It is justified because it is a Project aimed at promoting the social inclusion of children, adolescents and young people and people with visual impairments, especially those who are at risk and socially and personally vulnerable, using music as strategies to strengthen self-esteem, positive self-concept and foster family bonds and community, since it seeks to develop a feeling of belonging and identity, strengthen family ties and encourage socialization and community coexistence.
