Instrument defined by law 9790/99 signed between the Public Authorities and the OSCIPs with the aim of creating a bond of cooperation between them. The purpose of this is to support and practice activities aimed at the public; negotiate objectives and goals and carry out project control and evaluations in accordance with constitutional principles.
