It is the instrument used to implement public policies in the most different areas, in cases where the public policy in question already has consolidated parameters, with known indicators and forms of evaluation, often integrating organic systems, such as the Single System of Social Assistance (SUAS). Most of them are policies aimed at maintaining social assistance equipment, daycare centers or specialized educational services, protection programs for people under threat or in situations that could compromise their safety, among others.
