Payments due by Public Treasury which, in the same way as Precatório, result from a definitive court decision, to be made in the chronological order of presentation and for which specific budgetary credits must be provided. The differences in the precatório consist of the period of sixty days for discharge after the issuance of the court order and the amount, with the maximum limit being thirty minimum wages for Municipalities, forty for States and sixty for the Union, which may be lower if there is local legislation that impose other limits.
