Standing Committee of the CMO with competence to: I – monitor, evaluate and supervise budgetary and financial execution, including commitment limitation decrees and Payment, compliance with the goals set in the budget guidelines law and the performance of government programs; II – analyze the fiscal consistency of the multi-annual plan and annual budget law bills; III – evaluate, after receiving the information sent by the Federal Audit Court for the respective period, and in a single report, the Fiscal Management Reports provided for in art. 54 of the LRF; IV – analyze the information sent by the Federal Court of Auditors regarding budgetary and financial execution, as well as the monitoring resulting from the provisions of item I of art. 59 of the LRF; V – analyze other information sent by the Federal Audit Court, except that relating to works and services with signs of irregularities and that relating to revenue.
