Standing Committee of the CMO with powers to: I – propose the updating of information relating to works and services in which signs of serious irregularities were identified and listed in an annex to the annual budget law; II – present proposals for improving procedures and systems related to the External Control works and services; III – present a quarterly report on the activities carried out by the CMO in the period relating to the inspection of works and services suspended and authorized by determination of the National Congress, as well as the reasons for the measures; IV – exercise other duties under the CMO’s jurisdiction, within the scope of monitoring and controlling the execution of works and services; V – support the Rapporteurs in improving the resource allocation system, on the occasion of the Appreciation of budgetary bills and their amendments.
