I'm making a summary of Organizations of Civil society – CSOs, and in this case, we are calling CSOs, all types of non-PROFIT organizations or institutions, such as: Associations, Foundations, Social Organizations, Organizations of Civil society, OSCIPs, Unions, Cooperatives, Religious Associations and etc.

It is essential to point out that this survey, as well as the others that will follow it, are not 100% trustworthy, since the data extraction base does not make all transfers available, even though the legislation states that public resources are public and must be made available to everyone, anyone and at any time for analysis, verification and comparison, aiming to comply with the which the Constitution provides for the Transparency of the Public Budget.

Well, in any case, our survey tries to extract the information in the clearest and most reliable way possible, of course, for circumstantial reasons, some data may not be complete, since, for example: there are resources that are transferred to Organizations of Civil society – CSOs, through the Bottom National, such as health, education or social assistance, and which end up not being resources transferred directly from the Organ Grantor to the Institution, which ends up impacting the numbers. However, this list does not fail to present its value, as it provides a view, even if not completely reliable, of which Organizations have the greatest capacity for Raising Funds from the OGU.

All data is mined from the Mais Brasil Platform base, Transparency Brazil, FNS, SIMEC and etc.

In 2020 they were PAID directly to the Third sector the amount of the order of approx. Four Billion, Three Hundred and Sixty Million.

From the list of 10 Organizations of Third sector that received the most direct payments, in their CNPJs, exclude Non-Profit Institutions linked directly or indirectly to Federal Government programs, such as: Electricity Trading Chamber – CCEE, Foundation Banco do Brasil, National Center for Research in Energy and Materials, Brazilian Association for Industrial Innovation Research – EMPRAPAPII, National Education and Research Network – RNP, Association Institute National Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics, Foundation of Development and Research, Brazilian Organization for the Scientific and Technological Development of Airspace Control, Strategic Studies Management Center, among other major players in the Third sector, which of course, receives the largest amount of transfer of Resources from the General Union Budget.

Therefore, the list focuses on small or medium-sized Organizations, with some exceptions of large Institutions with robust structures that already raise annual funds from the General Budget of the Union.

It is also important to highlight that these payments that occurred in 2020 may be from agreements from previous years.

Also below is the complete list of “all” payments that occurred to Non-Profit Organizations that received an indication directly on their CNPJs through the Application Modality called “50”.
