Assim, tal sistema s\u00f3 contribuiu para maior celeridade, transpar\u00eancia e efici\u00eancia nesse processo.<\/p><p>Por\u00e9m, mesmo o sistema sendo uma ferramenta b\u00e1sica de transpar\u00eancia, ainda carecia de muito aperfei\u00e7oamento, o que veio ocorrendo no decorrer dos anos, com mudan\u00e7as e altera\u00e7\u00f5es de legisla\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o tema.<\/p><p>No entanto a Plataforma SICONV ainda n\u00e3o envolvia e ainda n\u00e3o envolve todos os \u00d3rg\u00e3os P\u00fablicos Federais. Por exemplo, o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade e de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o utilizam 100% a plataforma, criando assim uma lacuna inaceit\u00e1vel de controle e transpar\u00eancia dos recursos p\u00fablicos.
