Por isso, os Financiadores n\u00e3o devem ser jamais apenas um detalhe na gest\u00e3o das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, e contam inclusive com direitos pr\u00f3prios, que existem para garantir a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da rela\u00e7\u00e3o de doa\u00e7\u00e3o, e que vou detalhar neste artigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For us, from a financial point of view, Financiers represent the same thing that citizens represent to the State, and consumers to companies. But for us, they are much more than mere financiers, much more than customers: it is because of them that we exist and operate, and we serve our Funders by fulfilling our mission and carrying out our work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se os dadores s\u00e3o t\u00e3o importantes para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil \u2013 e eles realmente o s\u00e3o no Brasil e no mundo todo \u2013 eles devem ser nutridos e respeitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is why, in Brazil, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/captadores.org.br\/codigo-de-etica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice<\/a>&nbsp;has a \u201cFinancier&#039;s Rights Statute\u201d, a list of nine items that all organizations must respect in the relationship they maintain with their Funders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"direitos-dos-financiadores\"><strong>Funders&#039; Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1- Be informed about the organization&#039;s mission, how it intends to use donated resources and its ability to use donations effectively for its intended objectives.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every donor has the right to know, in detail, the mission of the organization they are financing, and how it will use the resources received to fulfill that mission. The strategy for using resources must be accessible to the donor, if he so wishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2 \u2013 Receive complete information about the members of the Board of Directors and Board of Directors of the organization requesting the resources.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The donor has the right to know, in detail, who are the people who lead the organization he is going to finance or are already a donor. Sem o consentimento do doador, o recurso n\u00e3o pode ter outro fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>5 \u2013 Receive appropriate recognition.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financiers are our financiers and it is with their resources that we fulfill our mission. Recognizing this support, this trust that Funders have in us is an obligation of organizations, and receiving this recognition \u2013 respecting anonymity, when applicable \u2013 is a right of Funders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>6 \u2013 Ter a garantia de que qualquer informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre sua doa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 tratada com respeito e confidencialidade, n\u00e3o podendo ser divulgada sem pr\u00e9via aprova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data on Funders is the most valuable information an organization has, especially if analyzed from the point of view of its revenue. This data must be treated with the necessary diligence and care, respecting the wishes of its Funders when they do not wish to be identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>7 \u2013 Be informed whether those requesting resources are members of the organization, contracted independent professionals or volunteers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 direito do doador saber como aquela pessoa com quem ele est\u00e1 se relacionando, o captador, vincula-se \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o: se \u00e9 um terceiro, se \u00e9 um volunt\u00e1rio ou se \u00e9 um funcion\u00e1rio da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Como \u00e9 a sua remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, qual a sua dedica\u00e7\u00e3o para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, quais s\u00e3o suas metas e responsabilidades, etc. Todas essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser fornecidas de forma transparente para os Financiadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>8 \u2013 You can remove your name, if you wish, from any list of addresses that the organization intends to share with third parties.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data about Funders belongs to them and the organizations they donate to. An organization can never transfer data about its Funders to another organization, or even sell this information to generate resources for itself, without prior and express authorization from the donor himself. If he does not want to be part of this list, he has the right to have his will followed. In general, in fact, we always recommend that an organization never transfer its Funders&#039; data to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>9 \u2013 Receive quick, frank and truthful answers to the questions you ask.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sim, s\u00e3o os Financiadores que nos fazem existir e nos mant\u00e9m com seus recursos, e sem esperar qualquer outra contrapartida que n\u00e3o seja o cumprimento de nossa miss\u00e3o.
