  3. Como n\u00e3o h\u00e1 um padr\u00e3o ocorre do \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablico disponibilizar um n\u00famero de programa para cada indica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>
  4. \u00a0No meu entendimento o mais inteligente e eficiente seria a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um \u00fanico programa para um \u00fanico tipo de indica\u00e7\u00e3o.
