The amount received in the period corresponds to\u00a0<strong>R$ 118.5 billion<\/strong>, that is, only 0.5% of the total forecast annually in the\u00a0<strong>General Budget of the Union (R$ 25 trillion)<\/strong>. A drop in the formalization of partnerships after 2013 and the concentration on specific activities such as the acquisition of equipment, materials and products were identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full study is available at\u00a0<strong>Map of CSOs (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/mapaosc.ipea.gov.br\/cms\/arquivos\/publications\/4937-tdatuacaodasongs2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">look here<\/a>)<\/strong>. Below, we list other main results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>There has been a change, in recent years, in the profile of<strong>\u00a0CSOs<\/strong>\u00a0with greater receipt of transfers. There was a drop in the presence of development and rights defense organizations while there was an increase in the participation of entities classified as\u00a0<strong>employer and professional associations from 2017<\/strong>. From 2010 to 2018, the healthcare sector received the largest volume of\u00a0<strong>federal funding, 39% of the total, followed by education (14%) and science and technology (10.5%)<\/strong>.\u00a0<br><\/li><li>Numerically, the transfers are concentrated in the Southeast, which received\u00a0<strong>45%\u00a0<\/strong>of the total of\u00a0<strong>291.289<\/strong>\u00a0commitments made during the period. Next are the regions\u00a0<strong>South (21%)<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Midwest (15%), Northeast (14%) and North (5%)<\/strong>. In relation to the volume of resources, the Southeast region also concentrates most of the amount\u00a0<strong>(R$ 64 billion)<\/strong>, but the Central-West now occupies the second position, having received\u00a0<strong>R$ 24 billion<\/strong>. It is also in this region that the highest average value of transfers was recorded,\u00a0<strong>R$ 550 thousand<\/strong>, due to the significant volume of resources and the relatively small number of CSOs involved\u00a0<strong>(9% of the total)<\/strong>.<br><\/li><li>Considerando a natureza jur\u00eddica dessas institui\u00e7\u00f5es, as\u00a0<strong>private associations<\/strong> received most of the transfers, but\u00a0<strong>foundations<\/strong>\u00a0Private companies are responsible for managing larger volumes of resources. Concentrating<strong>\u00a0Entities 86%<\/strong>, to the\u00a0<strong>private associations<\/strong>\u00a0received\u00a0<strong>R$ 65 billion<\/strong>. Already the\u00a0<strong>private foundations<\/strong>, even though it only represents\u00a0<strong>2% of total CSOs<\/strong>\u00a0in the country, moved\u00a0<strong>R$ 23 billion<\/strong>.<br><\/li><li>The performance of organizations also varies depending on their purpose of action.\u00a0<strong>Health, education and culture CSOs\u00a0<\/strong>execute resources intended for related areas.
