SCREENING SECTOR OF THE MARKETING DEPARTMENTS OF COMPANIES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO INCENTIVE LAW PROJECTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sorting is a feminine noun that means the act or effect of sorting, separating, selecting; separation, selection, choice.<\/p>\n

Every big company, (lucro real)<\/em>, which has an organized marketing department, should have a screening sector to analyze projects that have been approved by national, state or municipal incentive laws.<\/p>\n

However, what many people don't talk about or explain is how these sectors work.<\/p>\n

In our experience, we were able to carry out an analysis of these sectors, how they operate and how they are or are not integrated with the rest of the departments or the company's own administrative structure.<\/p>\n

A ideia prec\u00edpua desses setores seria: a de receber os projetos, analisar, verificar quais as propostas possuem ader\u00eancia ao plano de marketing cultural, social, educacional ou esportivo da empresa, naquele exerc\u00edcio, per\u00edodo ou ano, aprovar uns e eliminar outros, comunicar aos mesmos, e, ap\u00f3s toda a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e de an\u00e1lise, depositar o dinheiro na conta bloqueada do projeto. Correto? Nada disso. O que percebemos nesses anos de trabalho com capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos, \u00e9 que existe um setor que tem o objetivo simples e cristalino de: N\u00c3O DEIXAR O SEU PROJETO CHEGAR EM LUGAR ALGUM, essa \u00e9 a verdade nua e crua de muitas empresas, muitas mesmo. N\u00e3o direi que todas agem dessa forma, pois estariam sendo hip\u00f3crita. No entanto, a verdade \u00e9 que, muitas empresas n\u00e3o tem interesse que seu projeto chegue a quem possui a capacidade de decidir se aporta ou n\u00e3o em seu projeto, e isso, por uma s\u00e9rie de fatores, dentre eles, citamos alguns:<\/p>\n

Many of these large companies simply do not have a screening sector for incentivized projects, or most of the time, the sector is confused with the marketing sector or department, and the people responsible for the general marketing part of the company end up doing this screening. in an artisanal way, without a minimum necessary structure, without adequate control, without professionals with experience in the area. Many people who work in the marketing department of these companies don't even know what tax exemptions or incentive laws are, they don't know who to send the demand to, who they should report to on the matter, it's a real mess, a total disorganization, which ends up, in fact, being part of the staging game of the existence of a screening sector that takes care of the projects that will be analyzed. In the end, the objective is: \u2013 that as few people as possible in the department know what it is about, so that control of the resource continues to be conducted by a small group of interested parties.<\/li>\n
