For example, it is inconceivable to leak information that is under judicial secrecy, that is, the person has not yet been convicted and has his honor, his character and his life vilified, and what if in the end he is innocent? Uma emenda a ele seria apresentada na sess\u00e3o da segunda-feira passada na C\u00e2mara com o objetivo de anistiar os pol\u00edticos que fizeram caixa dois antes de 2016. Por\u00e9m, o projeto saiu da pauta de vota\u00e7\u00f5es. Na proposta inicial, a anistia n\u00e3o estava prevista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2013 PLS 280\/2016 \u2013 Changes the crime of abuse of authority<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De autoria do senador Renan Calheiros (PMDB-AL), o projeto define condutas que poderiam ser definidas como crime de responsabilidade. Delimita penas de tr\u00eas meses a cinco anos de pris\u00e3o. Mas \u00e9 gen\u00e9rico em v\u00e1rios aspectos. Alguns dos potenciais crimes s\u00e3o: deixar o preso ser fotografado ou fazer interrogat\u00f3rios \u00e0 noite. A proposta, ainda, prev\u00ea que autoridades que cometam abusos com investigados tenham de indeniz\u00e1-los.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2013 PL 2755\/2015 \u2013 Prohibits whistleblowers from providing additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The author, Her\u00e1clito Fortes (PSB-PI), suggests that collaborators could not provide additional clarifications or change the content of the complaint presented. This would prevent approved statements from being perfected and causing more problems for other people being investigated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2013 PL 4372\/2016 \u2013 Prohibits prisoners from making plea bargains<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elaborado pelo deputado Wadih Damous (PT\/RJ), o projeto impede investigados que estiverem presos de celebrar acordos de dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada. Segundo a proposta, o acordo de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 ser validado pelo juiz se o delator estiver em liberdade. Hoje h\u00e1 ao menos 70 acordos de dela\u00e7\u00e3o validados. Em 21 deles o investigado est\u00e1 preso. A proposta ainda estabelece que nenhuma den\u00fancia poder\u00e1 ter como base somente a dela\u00e7\u00e3o, que os nomes dos citados devem seguir em sigilo e que constitui crime divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do depoimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2013 PL 4577\/2016 \u2013 Prohibits prison until the end of appeals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Damous also presented a proposal in which defendants cannot be arrested until all appeals have been exhausted.
