GUIDELINES FOR COOPERATORS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Ingesto, a legal entity under private law, with headquarters in the city of Bras\u00edlia, Federal District, to SEPS Qd 710\/910, Cj. D. Lj 28, Bras\u00edlia\/DF, CEP.: 70.390-108, registered with the CNPJ under no. 18.171.211\/0001-52, <\/strong> hereinafter referred to as <\/strong>Ingesto Platform<\/span>, exposes to the COOPERATOR USER, here considered the one duly authenticated on the website www.ingesto.org.br, by this TERM OF COMMITMENT the conditions for contributing values to a given campaign.<\/strong><\/p>

The website\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0It is an environment based on trust, both by CREATOR USERS<\/b> of the campaigns and the USERS COOPERATOR<\/strong>ES<\/b>. Por isso, se n\u00e3o estiver de acordo com essas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o prossiga com sua doa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>

1.<\/strong> This one TERM <\/b>consolida a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de doa\u00e7\u00e3o mediante o COOPERATOR USER<\/b>\u00a0and the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>, in addition to the Website Terms of Use<\/b>\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>, whose knowledge and agreement by the USER COOPERATOR<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0are mandatory, with the following conditions:<\/p>

2.\u00a0<\/strong>Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0commits to:<\/strong><\/p>

2.1.<\/strong> Keep the amounts to be donated and, depending on the outcome of the campaign, pass the amounts on to the user who created it or return the amount to the\u00a0USERS COOPERATOR<\/strong>ES<\/span>\u00a0participants, according to the characteristics of the campaign;<\/p>

2.2.<\/strong> Make your efforts to allow only suitable and lawful campaigns in your environment. However, there may be campaigns with purposes contrary to the website or that contradict the Terms of use<\/b>, and platform users must always be aware, as it is impossible to guarantee this premise absolutely;<\/p>

2.3.<\/strong> Notify your users if there is any eventuality in the processing or sending of your collaboration;<\/p>

2.4.<\/strong> Provide registration data of CREATOR USERS<\/b> to the\u00a0<\/b>USERS COOPERATOR<\/strong>ES<\/span>\u00a0in case of non-compliance with the promise of reward or harmful event that gives rise to the appropriate legal measures.<\/p>

3. The\u00a0<\/strong>USERS COOPERATOR<\/strong>ES<\/span>\u00a0commits to:<\/strong><\/p>

3.1.<\/strong> Efetuar a doa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 campanha que deseja contribuir e ficar atento \u00e0 sua conclus\u00e3o com sucesso ap\u00f3s o per\u00edodo de dura\u00e7\u00e3o, para ter conhecimento da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o da entrega de recompensa pelo CREATOR USER<\/b>, if applicable;<\/p>

3.2.<\/strong> Ap\u00f3s confirmada a doa\u00e7\u00e3o o\u00a0USER COOPERATOR<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0will consider the act as irreversible, irrevocable, immodifiable, authentic and legitimate, and will be liable for losses and damages caused by acts that it causes, for example, but not limited to, the non-recognition of the transaction with the financial institution that controls your credit card;<\/p>

3.2.1.<\/strong> As an exception, you may claim the\u00a0USERS COOPERATOR<\/strong>ES<\/span>\u00a0da sua doa\u00e7\u00e3o e exigir o cancelamento caso descubra fato novo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ato da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o que torne insustent\u00e1vel a confian\u00e7a no CREATOR USER<\/b> or the reasons for the campaign, justifying its intentions directly to the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0and bearing any fees and expenses owed to the chosen payment institution, with the refund being carried out in the same way as that applied in cases of failure to reach the target of the \u201c0% or 100%\u201d modality.<\/p>

3.3.<\/strong> In cases of non-compliance with obligations by the CREATOR USER<\/b>, O\u00a0USER COOPERATOR<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0dever\u00e1 proceder com sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada e, sob nenhuma hip\u00f3tese, revogar a doa\u00e7\u00e3o aqui confirmada.<\/p>

4.\u00a0<\/strong>Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0is not responsible:<\/strong><\/p>

4.1.<\/strong> For non-compliance with the rewards offered by CREATOR USERS<\/b>, tal qual o eventual insucesso do projeto descrito na campanha;<\/p>

4.2.<\/strong> Due to the veracity of the information conveyed by the CREATOR USER<\/b>. Therefore, always use additional search and research sources to be sure of their suitability;<\/p>

4.3. For the frustrations that COOPERATOR USER<\/strong> eventualmente sofrer em decorr\u00eancia do desfecho da campanha que participar com a doa\u00e7\u00e3o de valores. O Ingesto n\u00e3o possui legitimidade para interferir ou controlar o que os CREATOR USERS<\/strong> will execute.<\/p>

4.4.<\/strong> Pelos atos praticados pelo instituidor de pagamento escolhido, tal qual o valor das tarifas e descontos aplicados em virtude da cust\u00f3dia, armazenamento, retirada, convers\u00e3o do montante ou ato diverso que implique em pagamento pelo servi\u00e7o contratado, nas formas da lei e dos Termos de Servi\u00e7o do instituidor correspondente.<\/p>

5.<\/strong> The gift TERM OF COMMITMENT<\/strong> is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil and by the International Treaties and Conventions of which Brazil is a signatory, and must be interpreted in the Portuguese language, with the Court of the District of the Capital of the Federal District being elected, with express waiver of any other, however privileged as it is or will be, to resolve any doubts, pending issues or disputes arising from this contract.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
