When searching Program<\/span>(s) to send a proposal, the user may select more than one Amendment<\/span> parliamentary.

To do this, the user must, after accessing the system with CPF and password or Digital Certificate, in the \u201cProposals\u201d menu, click on \u201cInclude Proposals\u201d.

When clicking on this option, the system will display a screen for selecting the Proponent<\/span> for which you intend to register the proposal.

Important:<\/span> This screen will only be displayed when the user is responsible for more than one Proponent<\/span>.

In the following example, a proposal with voluntary transfer resources will be included, Counterpart<\/span><\/span> and 2 (two) parliamentary amendments.

In the field: \u201cOverall value of the Object<\/span>(s) (R$)\u201d \u2013 value of R$ 300,000.00;
In the field: \u201cFinancial Counterpart (R$)\u201d \u2013 value of R$ 30,000.00;
In the field: \u201cVoluntary Transfer Value (R$)\u201d \u2013 value of R$ 60,000.00;
In the \u201cValue\u201d field Amendment<\/span> 12122012 (R$)\u201d: value of R$ 60,000.00;
In the \u201cValue\u201d field Amendment<\/span> 12345678 (R$)\u201d: value of R$ 150,000.00.

Note that the \u201cTotal of Counterpart<\/span><\/span> (R$)\u201d and \u201cTransfer Value (R$)\u201d are automatically filled in by the system according to the values entered in the other fields.

Important:<\/span> To the Amendment<\/span> parliamentary \u201c12345678\u201d, part of the resource will be used, and no resource from the Amendment<\/span> parliamentary \u201c13132013\u201d, in this proposal. The sum of the completed fields must be equal to the value of the field \u201cGlobal Value of the Object<\/span>(s)".

After filling in the fields, the user must click the \u201cSave\u201d button, as shown in Figure 76.

If the user saves the proposal as a draft or registers the proposal, the value entered in the field(s) of the Amendment<\/span>parliamentarian(s) will be debited the maximum amount registered in each Amendment<\/span>.<\/h5>
In the example, the resource of Amendment<\/span><\/strong> 12122012<\/strong> the maximum available value was used. Note that the system will display on the proposal inclusion screen, the amendment fields with the remainder of the value that were not used in the previous proposal.<\/h5>
The value field of Amendment<\/span> 12122012<\/strong> is not displayed because the maximum value of the Amendment<\/span>.<\/h5>
The field of Amendment<\/span> 12345678<\/strong> comes with the remaining value of the resource and the information: \u201cMaximum value: R$ 10,000.00, the remaining value of this Amendment<\/span> has already been used in other proposal(s)\u201d.<\/strong><\/h5>
