Logs:<\/strong> Records of visitor activities carried out on the Ingesto Portal.<\/span><\/h5>
Intake Portal:<\/strong> Designates the website hosted on www.Ingesto.org.br<\/a> and its subdomains.<\/span><\/h5>
Visitors:<\/strong> People who access or interact with the activities offered by the Ingesto Portal.<\/span><\/h5>
Web beacons:<\/strong> Programming lines in HTML pages that aim to obtain details of the visitor's navigation, such as how long a website was open, which address was visited next, among others.<\/span><\/h5>
2 \u2013 Obtaining data and information:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>
2.1.<\/strong> Data and information will be obtained when visitors interact with the various functionalities on the website.\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>. An example of interaction is when they voluntarily provide information when sending contact forms.<\/span><\/h5>
3 \u2013 Storage of Data and Information:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>

3.2.<\/strong> The data and information collected will be stored in a secure environment, subject to the state of the art available, and may only be accessed by qualified people authorized by the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>.<\/span><\/h5>
3.3.<\/strong> Considering that no security system is absolutely secure, the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0disclaims any responsibility for any damages and\/or losses resulting from failures, viruses or invasions of the database.\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>, except in cases of intent or guilt for the same.<\/span><\/h5>
4. Use of Data and Information:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>
4.1.<\/strong> The data and information collected from visitors may be used for the following purposes:<\/span><\/h5>
\u2013 Respond to any queries and requests from visitors;<\/span><\/h5>
\u2013 Compliance with legal or judicial order;<\/span><\/h5>
\u2013 Establish, defend or regularly exercise rights in a judicial or administrative context;<\/span><\/h5>

\u2013 Increase the visibility of fundraising campaigns and active projects in the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>;<\/span><\/h5>
\u2013 Improve the content of the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0and provide visitors with more efficient services.<\/span><\/h5>
4.2. Except in the case of clauses 4.3 and 4.3.1 below, the database formed by\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0through collecting data from the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0will not be shared, sold or rented to third parties.<\/span><\/h5>
4.3.<\/strong> By contributing to a campaign on\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>, the Campaign Creator may receive, by email or via the Control Panel, information from the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0com (i) resultados do projeto (valor arrecadado, n\u00famero de Colaboradores); (ii) instru\u00e7\u00f5es de como sacar o valor arrecadado; (iii) lista de nomes, CPFs\/CNPJs, e-mails dos Colaboradores e endere\u00e7o de entrega, caso sua campanha necessite\/solicite do mesmo para entrega das recompensas requisitadas.<\/span><\/h5>
4.4.<\/strong> Furthermore, the acquired data can only be accessed by professionals duly authorized by the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>, respecting the needs to which they will be subjected, the relevance to the objectives of the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0and the interests of visitors, in addition to preserving their privacy.<\/span><\/h5>
4.5.<\/strong> If the visitor stops using the services offered by the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>, The\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0may, for the purposes of auditing and preserving rights, retain the visitor's data and information record for a maximum period of 5 (five) years, with the right to definitively delete them at its convenience.<\/span><\/h5>

5.2.<\/strong> The records mentioned in item 5.1 may be used by\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0in cases of fraud investigation or undue changes to its systems and records.<\/span><\/h5>
6. Cookies and other data collection technologies:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>
6.1.<\/strong> O\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0may use cookies, and it is up to visitors to configure their Internet browser if they wish to block them. In this case, some features of the\u00a0Ingesto Platform<\/span>\u00a0may be limited.<\/span><\/h5>
